Cooking Classes

Please reserve your spot in class using Paypal (catherinepla@gmail.com), Venmo (catherine-pla), or sending me a personal check. Classes fill on a first come, first served basis.

When you book a class/event in my home or yours, you are booking for the time and date specified, and this can not be changed unless I receive your request by email 10 days before the date of the class.

All classes are non-refundable. If you find you can not come to a class, you may offer your spot to a friend. This is a small business and I hope you understand that I can not offer a refund if you are unable to attend and I can not fill your place.

I reserve the right to cancel a class if I haven’t received enough bookings to have the class go forward. In the unlikely event of a class being cancelled for this reason, I will offer you a range of alternative dates and we will find a date that works for you.

In the unlikely event of other factors preventing a class from running i.e. bad weather, illness, or other emergency, I will work with you to reschedule your class within 12 months.

If you have any dietary needs, or allergies please email me when you book. Then I can signal any tastings you need to avoid or make the necessary changes (where possible) so you can enjoy the dish with the rest of your classmates.
